Born from the daily grind of running a library
MeriDesk started with a question we kept hearing from study-space owners: why is running this still so manual?
Registers for attendance. A separate diary for payments. A WhatsApp group for announcements. A spreadsheet — somewhere — for seats. Great study spaces were being run on willpower and sticky notes, and owners were spending their evenings reconciling instead of growing.
